My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but in need of updating. The service was welcoming and attentive, but the dining experience was disappointing. The location was great, with a few drawbacks like a noisy exhaust fan. Overall, it's a decent choice for those seeking a convenient stay with friendly staff.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, but they could use some updating. My room looked onto the back of the Indian restaurant on the ground floor, so the view wasn't great.
Service

The staff was very welcoming and attentive. They were kind enough to explain where to park our car upon arrival and made our breakfast experience gracious.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions of the town. However, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, and our window faced a noisy exhaust fan.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were a bit on the sparse side, and the food quality and efficiency of the staff were lacking. However, there was a good variety at breakfast.
Facilities

The facilities are decent, but there is room for improvement in the dining area.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the town and the surrounding areas, with lovely views of the castle and River Ness. The dining experience could use some improvement, but the option of having a cooked meal as part of the 'Bed & Breakfast' deal was a nice touch.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and clean with a comfy bed, just as we requested. Despite a bad odor in the ensuite bathroom, the room had everything we needed. The location was superb, right next to the river with stunning views and only a 5-minute walk from the city center. The service was exceptional, with the staff taking pride in keeping the house immaculate and even packing me a delightful lunch for my travels. As for the dining experience, it was great with plenty of choices, though some dishes weren't on par. Overall, a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a clean, comfortable room and excellent service in a prime location.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were terribly dated and drab but clean and in a good location. Although they accommodated my request for a room on the first floor, it turned out to be really comfortable. On the bright side, a good breakfast was provided.

The hotel is in a fantastic location directly on the river Ness with beautiful views of the castle on the other bank. The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with everything needed; however, they are not glamorous. The service is wonderful and attentive, although there might be a slight delay in breakfast orders. The dining options are good but could improve by offering more Scottish favorites. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from downtown Inverness and 'Old Inverness', making it perfect for exploring the area.
